[問題] HB序號
剛才不小心重複買了shadowrun triple bundle

我只啟動了Shadowrun returns & Shadowrun dragonfall各一組
可是啟動頁面卻變成
第一組 第二組
Shadowrun: Dragonfall 已啟動 已啟動 ←！？
Shadowrun: Hong Kong 未啟動 未啟動
Shadowrun Returns 已啟動 未啟動

想問HB會有給已啟動序號的BUG嗎? 另外啟動過能退費嗎?
我只想買一組就好,但我不曉得這2組啟動頁分別對應paypal交易的哪組交易碼 囧
退費申請是不是把2組paypal交易碼都填上去?

第二組一打開就看到第一個dragonfall直接顯示序號了,不曉得是不是被啟動過

未啟動序號也少了組dragonfall
現在尷尬的是我啟動序號的時候沒有記序號 所以不曉得該退哪組
