[問題] 擲一不公正骰子的機率
題目如下
A die has been loaded to change the probability of rolling a 6. In order to
estimate ρ , the new probability of rolling a 6, how many times must the die
be rolled so that we are 99% confident that the maximum error of the estimate
of ρ is ε=0.02 ?
請問這題條件是否不足?
因為樣本數的算法尚缺一個變異數
又這骰子已經是一個不公正的骰子(loaded to change the probability)
希望我沒誤會題目的意思
所以無從得知這不公正的骰子服從什麼分配
不知道怎麼求變異數
請教各位高手指點,謝謝
