[問題] 用SAS做OR值的Mantel trend test ?
我現在有一筆資料
要看疾病發生和年份的關係
疾病這個變項就是有跟無
年份共有4年
是個2*4的cross table
現在我已經做了出了三個odds ratio
(ref. group是第一年)
老闆希望我用Mantel's trend test看三個OR值是否隨年份有顯著差異
我的問題是：
1. 不知道SAS程式應該如何寫？
我連要用proc freq或proc logistic都不清楚
而且，這筆資料有weighting，應該用proc surveyfreq/surveylogistic做
（當然也控制了一些哩哩摳摳的年齡性別等等）
不過如果SAS沒有在proc survey...底下做trend test的option也沒關係
我把原始資料先weighting好再output出來做也可以
2. Mantel's trend test for aOR跟我們一般做的Mantel test差異在哪裡？
如果老闆直接叫我做2*4的cross table的Mantel test該有多好 嘆
我現在正在K老闆給我的原文書
可是不太懂
書上只有說Mantel test在線性的null hypo.的rate, risk, log rate, or log odds
是最有power的...= ="
