[問題] odds ratio做後設分析-用medcalc來做的問題....

上面的網頁是我用來做meta analysis的軟體，是用odds ratio來做的，該軟體叫做
MEDCALC，能教我跑出來的數據怎麼看嗎？
該網頁是說軟體跑出來的p小於0.05，此p是用Heterogeneity test跑出來的，代表適用
random effects model嗎？若大於0.05表示適用FIXED MODE？那又怎麼解讀跑出來的數據
？odds ratio愈大代表愈有相關嗎？
The Total Odds ratio with 95% CI is given both for the Fixed effects model
and the Random effects model. If the value 1 is not within the 95% CI, then
the Odds ratio is statistically significant at the 5% level (P<0.05).
上面是不是說若1沒有在95%CI範圍內，表示有顯著相關，我想說是不是假設1.1至5就表示
有顯著相關，若是0.3至0.1，表示顯著不相關，若是有通過1呢？怎麼解釋？
最底下的圖只是要解釋我上一段說的結果，更顯而易見而已，是嗎？
因為寫論文要用的，有沒有這個方法的中文文獻或論文參考，這樣我能談多一點，比方方
法啊，理論啊什麼的。
