[問題] 有關於充份統計量

sufficient statistic for @ and no further reduction is possible
上面是題目,關於 no further reduction is possible 這個部分,是不是也可以說成
在某些條件下,是不會再有 reduction 了?
請問可以幫我解答這個問題嗎,還有可否說明那些條件是什麼?,如果我的想法是對的話?
