[外絮] 地雷bug HOTFIX

Today we’ve released a hotpatch to fix a bug with the Widow Mine. There was
an issue where the cooldown timer animation was not in-sync with the actual
attack cooldown. This made it appear that the mine was ready to fire again
when the cooldown was still active. Thanks for your patience!
應該不會改變什麼 就是地雷的顯示CD與實際的Timer不同步
所以你會以為地雷已經好了可是地雷還在CD 已經HOTFIX
