[心得] 轉美服的過程

打完後發現超長,內容大概如下: <<前言>> <<為什要找美服的客服>> <<誰知道美服客服的e-mail是什麼?>> <<跟客服要說什麼?>> <<收到的第一封信>> <<收到的第二封信>> <<收到的第三封信>> <<收到的第四封信>> <<前言>> 先來說說轉美服動機是什麼好了。從最近比較常碰到的00,和小遊戲沒什麼人,或是要 等很久。譬如說原po就沒有成功配對3v3一起打瘋狂電腦。個人喜好。>///< 再扯遠一點的就是,很多小遊戲好像都是美服先出,而不是同步一起上。但這些都只是 深藏在心中的一個引爆點。 最後就是美服有銷魂妹、起秋妹……,當然這扯太遠了。但是原po真的是因為看到起秋妹 才有一股莫明的衝動換美服的。剛好那天起秋妹的下一兩篇是#1DcMhhBy#1DcNvyrj, 由其是#1DcMhhBy這一篇,原po抱著我來一試的心態,就馬上去找美服客服。 <<為什麼要找美服客服?>> 因為#1DcMhhBy這裡面說到台服不願意在處理這樣的事情。所以如果還想一試的 話,似乎直接找美服的客服是比較有可能會成功的。而且之前好像有成功的先例。 所以原po就以不妨一試的心態,來嘗試。 <<誰知道美服的客服的e-mail是什麼?>> 至從原po推文中提到BZ有回應說可以的時候,原po的bbs信箱和水球就常有這種問題。 先離題一下,不知道個位板大有沒有去過這個網址http://ppt.cc/A9(U,來找自己在 SC2碰到的問題。 雖然我不太相信台服官網的內容。原因=>http://ppt.cc/_WH4。裡面的更新檔還是很舊 的(這也是我想換服的一點,為什麼我買到的服務是這麼差)。離題了,sorry。 而原po想,台服有這個網頁,美服一定也有。而且說不定服務更好。 所以就抱著美國的月亮比較圓的心態,還真的找到http://ppt.cc/hm!F ,我就填了一 些英文單字,下一段再說,我填了什麼。 現在正試回答之前沒有回答e-mail是什麼?在這http://ppt.cc/Ozkg 。原po想問那些 寫信來問的大大,你們真的有找過嗎?其實不難找。 <<跟客服要說什麼?>> 其實原po應該是沒有資格說這個,根據原po過往的發文或是推文記錄都不是太好。哈。 但是這一篇#1DcXVrYo讓原po覺得應該野人獻曝一下。原po也在這邊順便回答r大的問題。 原po基本上覺得,如果跟別人談用一種,[別人有,我也要有的](r大po文中雖沒有這麼 說,但原po會這樣想,一定是有原因的,請不要問。)的這一種心態,我想被拒也不是 不無可能,必竟換服不是BZ服務內容。BZ的確沒有一定要這麼做。那該怎麼辦? 1.以原po這次成功的經驗是請求BZ,希望BZ能開一次特例,幫助原po能夠上美服。好像當 初歐洲人移民到美國一樣,能夠放我上岸。所以態度上要放低。這例子有點誇張。 2.要告訴BZ你要轉美服的理由。做事總要有個理由,出師有名,別人也好幫忙。理由 原po就不贅述。一個好的理由,打動對方願意開個例外幫忙,就成功了。 3.要跟bz說,如果bz願意幫這個忙的話,需要準備什麼來配合BZ的作業。這應該要的吧。 基本上原po就是這樣轉服成功的。 以下po出大家比較有興趣的東西,bz寄給原po的e-mail。 <<第一封,系統收到後自動發出的>>主要是說bz收原po的請求,順便告知bz的上班時間。 原po都是在凌晨五點多收到bz客服的來信。 Thank you for emailing Blizzard Billing and Account Services!
