[問題] 關於投手拉高高度該練的肌肉部位

這是小弟我目前投球的姿勢
現在高度大概2層樓左右.
想要更精進一步的話...依照我的投球方式該訓練哪邊的肌肉呢...?
另外...由於也快要退休了...開始要培養投手接班人
想問一下大概要怎樣去測試..或者說如果要教的話要怎教呢?
對象應該是大一新生...可能0經驗
希望前輩能傳授一些技巧<(_ _)>

不好意思喔..平常沒有錄影的習慣..只好找比賽剛好主辦有錄的
當天是季軍戰了..打到那時候已經筋疲力盡了..只剩姿勢勉強沒有走樣
不然誰會拿一個狀況不好的影片來討教呢^^?
