Job Responsibilities:
- Build a highly automated DevOps pipeline allowing to increase the software
release velocity.
- Help architect and build robust, highly available and scalable systems.
- Contribute to system designs required for new products / features.
- Plan, communicate and execute the implementation of new features.
- Be responsible of automated software releases.
- Provide DevOps guidance and support to the software engineers.
- Develop/debug/support high performance trading systems in production
environment
- Optimize performance & latency of software using network and systems
programming
- Architect low level API to support trading and data feed infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot/debug high performance servers and low latency networks
- Build tools for performance-tracking and risk-management
- Communicate with team members and users in other countries
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of DevOps engineering experience.
- Experience with development in one or more of the following: Python, Go,
JavaScript.
- Strong Docker, Kubernetes and Helm knowledge.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform and Jenkins.
- Good understanding of Linux & shell scripting.
- Previous experience with complex distributed systems.
- Exposure to scrum/agile software development processes.
- 1+ years’ experience with purchasing, installing and managing servers and
networking equipment in data centers, e.g. rack servers, switches / routers,
NAS devices
- 2+ years’ networking experience with layer 2 (e.g. Ethernet) and layer 3
(e.g. TCP/UDP/IP) protocols, e.g. IP Cameras, VoIP, IoT devices
- 1+ years’ experience with installing, configuring and supporting Linux
distributions
- Experience collaborating with support staff in other organizations to setup
new services and troubleshoot problems, e.g. configuring new network
connections, solving server stability issues
- Comfortable digging through application logs and packet captures.
- Must be a proactive worker, a good communicator and have a focus on excellent
documentation.

* Experience with
- Source control tools like git and svn

- Setting up continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Teamcity
- Configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef
- Release management and deployment
- Microsoft Windows networking and desktop application support
* Experience working with and supporting developers through the development
cycle
* Experience with trading / finance company infrastructure
