職缺:Quantitative Researcher
- Develop quantitative trading strategies using statistical models to capture
market inefficiencies
- Facilitate quantitative research and production trading
- Analyze/manage large data sets to improve profitability
Operate, troubleshoot, and debug software in a fast-paced environment
職缺能力經歷要求:
- 2+ years work experience in C/C++
- 2+ years work experience in Python, Matlab, or R, working with large
datasets, statistics, or computational mathematics (e.g. image processing)
- Excellent design, debugging, and problem solving skills (can analyze and fix
problems quickly)
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any of the following: engineering,
math/statistics, econometrics, operations research, computer science or
physics.
- Prior experience in the financial industry and familiarity with the financial
markets are not required
- Interest in quantitative trading as demonstrated by coursework, track record,
or work experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity to research principles, backtesting methods, machine learning,
and data issues is a plus but not required
- IOI/IMO/IPhO winners a huge plus.

薪資(月薪): 年薪 1,500,000- 3,000,000 (125,000-250,000 月薪) 根據經驗
薪資(保證最低年薪，必填項目): 12 個月
工時:
每日工作時間: EX:09:00AM~5:00AM (八小時) 中午休息(12:00~1:00)
每周工作時間: 8*5=40
加班費制度:符合勞動基準法
