工作內容
Responsibilities include:
1. Creating & expanding networking environment by designing system
configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and
enforcing system standards.
2. Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting
network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network
architects on network optimization.
3. Performs client consultation: plan, design, documents, implement, and
support LAN/WAN networks.
4. Sets-up and supports Virtualization environments
5. Sets-up and supports Microsoft SQL Server environments
6. Day to Day Maintenance of a Windows AD Infrastructure and Microsoft
Exchange Mail Platform.
7. Plans and implements database maintenance and recurring tasks with the SQL
Scheduling service.
8. Plans and implements network security, including maintaining firewalls,
developing VPN, remote solutions and maintaining company security policies.
9. Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex
hardware/software problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. TCP/IP networking experience (security, configuration, ISP’s)
2. Experience with Windows Server environments, to include SQL Server,
Exchange, High Performance Cluster, desired and Virtualization environment.
3. At least a year’s worth of hands-on experience with server applications
in a Microsoft networked environment; Active Directory/LDAP experience a plus.
4. Expertise in the following areas: Windows Server 2008/2012 Server, MS SQL
2008/20012 Server, Exchange Server, Recovery, TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN,
Routing and Switching.
5. Knowledge of server hardware and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity and/or experience with database maintenance and recurring
tasks with the SQL Scheduling service.
7. Solid discipline & work ethic: Communications, Project management and
multi-tasking
8. Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Mathematics or a related discipline.
9. Of course, recognized training such as MCP, MCSE, CCNA Certifications are
a plus.
