1.SW Applications Engineering – Peripherals-Senior Level
內容:
This position is responsible for supporting Windows/Linux solution
for our MSM chipsets.
The role requires interfacing with handset developers and wireless carriers
worldwide.
Training, assisting customers with software design, integration, development,
system debugging, handling customer Q&A,
and interfacing closely with internal developers are some of the key
activities in this position.
Some travel for on-site customer support may be required.
This position requires the candidate to learn QMC peripheral technologies
(USB/I2C/UART/SPI/SDCC/PCIe) very quickly.
This candidate will be responsible for driving OEM designs and the
integration of HLOS Windows/Linux system level components
into our MSM ASICs.

2.Software Applications Engineer - VoLTE/IMS Protocol

Software applications engineers support customers with
understanding, integrating, testing and optimizing performance of software
features for ASICs supporting a variety of air interfaces and other related
technologies including multimedia.
The role requires interfacing with handset developers, base-station
inter-operability testing partners and wireless carriers worldwide. Training,
assisting customers with software integration and development, assistance
with software and system debugging, handling customer Q&A, interfacing
closely with San Diego-based developers are some of the key daily activities
in this role.
It is a very challenging position requiring the candidate to learn and
internalize software and operation concepts very quickly, supporting a
wide range of software discussion (e.g. ranging from low level embedded
software issues to carrier level features deployment and planning). It
exposes the candidate to the key players in the wireless industry worldwide
and places him or her right in the heart of the dynamism of 4G/3G/2G wireless
deployment.

3.CoreBSP/Boot Engineer
內容:
Software application engineer to support BSP (Board Support
Package) on MSM chipsets.
You need to apply your technical knowledge across vast domains related to BSP
and modem technology integration.
This includes board bring-ups, software build/integration, logo/monkey
testing, general troubleshooting.
If successful in this position, you will have gained strong debugging skills
and a spirit of trouble shooting,
wide domain knowledge across the whole mobile system and product knowledge
for smartphone devices.

4.Android Display Software Engineer

understanding, integrating, testing, modify the LK/FB driver/SurfaceFlinger
display related code change. The role requires interfacing with Android
multimedia display component and application developers worldwide, training,
publishing application notes, assisting customers with software integration,
development, and system/kernel/GFX driver debugging are the key daily
activities in this role. Acting as the key liaison between engineering
and customers, applications engineers interact with marketing, sales and
Android display engineering team to ensure that customers products are
received favorably and on time in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Prior experience with Android display on hand-held devices and technical
support for customers desirable.
Embedded or wireless system software development and integration on
telecommunications devices.
Familiarity with ARM architecture, ARM assembly, emulators/JTAG-debuggers and
logic analyzers.
Experience in System and Multimedia software development/applications

5.Android Audio/Video Software Engineer

Candidate will be responsible for supporting local customers (not limited
to) during all phase of product life cycle including development, production
ramp, and high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include the following:
-Provide training of new technology to customers
-Support customer board bring-up
-Debugging
-On-site support if required
Play an active role in the multimedia team and work with global teams.
Responsibilities:
Support Audio/Video issues of Qualcomm chipsets. Identify/analyze the
problems reported by customers, help developer team to narrow down the root
cause and fix problem. Provide trainings to OEMs to understand Audio/Video software/solution.

knowledge background.

6.WCDMA/LTE Modem Stability Engineer- Senior Level

Software application engineer to support WCDMA/LTE modem stability
on Qualcomm MSM/MDM chipsets.
Candidate must have strong background knowledge of WCDMA/LTE AS (Access
Stratum) expertise and debugging skill of TRACE32 (T32) simulator for ARM
architecture.
This includes WCDMA/LTE AS Protocol verification on test equipment, WCDMA/LTE
AS issue reproducing with precise log analysis/procedure and joint debugging
with customer for troubleshooting.
If successful in this position, you will have gained strong T32/JTAG
debugging skills in MSM/MDM chipsets and WCDMA/LTE AS
design principle in RTOS
Responsibilities:
- Real time WCDMA/LTE modem stability support to OEM/ODM customer.
