Andy is my brother, I mean Andy Tu. Always ask yourself, where am I and what should I do when you stand on the court, Basketball is a FIVE-man-game. For upgrating positioning skill, there were a couple of exercises we did nearly 7 days ago, I enriched them as underneath: * Pivot foot reminding Dribbling to restricted area with weak hand like a defender move behind you, Using feet respectively as pivot foot, then passed ball to your teammate. TIPS:pass to chest, hop step *two man game in offensive situation This is not the first time we did this practice, we already done it 3 weaks. catch&shot skill, fake move with high pick, pick&roll TIPS:right pivot foot when catching the ball, right direction and timing to set screen, Floor passing and layup without dribbling. *Free-throw(team) suicides and push-ups for punishment. Different game-time-situation mock tests. TIP:Stable *Three man positioning with 8 figure Three-on-zero offensive play and two-on-one play with the same three guys.
