Jrue Holiday will be asked to be a more vocal leader and take
ownership of a squad that features eight new faces.
在球員名單上有超過一半的球員是新面孔時，
Jrue Holiday 將會被要求(當然也責無旁貸)挺身而出，
成為那個發號施令的人，甚至必須扛起球隊的勝負成敗。
Holiday enters a critical fourth NBA season. He will play the
2012-13 campaign likely on the final year of his original
four-year contract. The Sixers can sign him to an extension
now, but given that Holiday is seeking a max contract, the
more likely scenario is that he will become a restricted free
agent next summer, which means the Sixers will have an
opportunity to match any offer that comes Holiday's way.
Jrue將進入他新人約的第四年，也就是最關鍵的保證約最後一年。七
六人當然有權利選擇現在就對他進行續約，但是Jrue有追求頂級新約
的權利(按:儘管他沒有證實，John Finger求證的結果也是沒有)，現
在對他來說，選擇在季末成為一個受限制自由球員對他來說是一個更
好的選擇(他能夠選擇最好的出價，另外七六人有權跟進)。
The 22-year-old point guard has started 198 games over the
last three years, including every game the last two seasons.
He averaged 13.5 points per game and 4.5 assists last season.
Those statistics, when compared with those of other starting
point guards in the Eastern Conference, are about middle of
the road.
儘管已經在聯盟打滾三年，但是身為聯盟第一個九十後，他才二十二
歲卻已經在控球後衛的位置先發了198場(當然這兩季都是全職先發)。
上個球季他的數據稍有下滑，平均13.5分4.5助攻。以目前的表現來說
他大概排在東區先發控球的中游水準。
Boston's Rajon Rondo, the Nets' Deron Williams and Chicago's
Derrick Rose are all bona fide All-Stars. Former Villanova
star and Cardinal Dougherty product Kyle Lowry has moved from
Houston to Toronto. Lowry, like Orlando's Jameer Nelson,
Atlanta's Jeff Teague, Charlotte's D.J. Augustin, Milwaukee's
Brandon Jennings and Cleveland's Kyrie Irving all averaged
more assists than Holiday, but the Sixers' floor general was
10th in scoring among all starting point guards -- not just
those in the East.
Rondo/Deron/D-Rose將仍然會是穩穩的全明星大熱門，前Villanova教
練Cardinal Dougherty所調教的Kyle Lawry也從休士頓交易到多倫多。
Lawry跟Nelson/Teague/Augustin/Jennings/Irving的平均助攻在上個
球季都較Jrue來得多，但是要注意：Jrue Holiday在「全聯盟」的所有
PG的行列當中，他的得分是第十，不只是東區，是全NBA。
The Sixers led the league in fewest turnovers per game with
11.2; Holiday, who played roughly 34 minutes per game,
averaged 2.1 of those giveaways.
七六人在聯盟當中是場均失誤最少的球隊，一場比賽才11.2次；而Jrue
在這個方面也貢獻良多，他一場比賽出賽34分鐘，不過才2.1失誤而已。
The Sixers needed Holiday's scoring last year, especially when
Spencer Hawes was sidelined for 29 games with an Achilles'
injury. With Andre Iguodala and Evan Turner sharing the
playmaking responsibilities in 2011-12, Holiday understandably
saw his assists dip from 6.5 per game in his sophomore season
to 4.5 last year.
His assists stand to increase this season with addition of
post presence of Andrew Bynum, multiple perimeter shooters and
Andre Iguodala taking his near-six assists per game to Denver.
去年的七六人非常依賴Jrue的進攻火力，尤其當耗子因為阿基里斯缺席
了29場比賽時(按:以前的外電顯示，當Hawes在場，幾乎所有的隊友都在
平均得分與命中率上受益)，他的分數更顯得重要。當AI9跟ET都搶走了
部份屬於他的組織與控場時間時，Jrue Holiday在助攻數字上的下滑就
完全是可以理解的了。(二年級的時候一場平均6.5，三年級下滑到4.5)
而在Andrew Bynum的加入、外線射手們的加入以及Andre Iguodala的離
隊(按:還有Lou WIlliams)，都將為他明年的助攻數字的增加奠定扎實的
基礎。

One facet of Holiday's game that should not be overlooked is
his ability to take his game up a notch in the postseason. He
has done that each of the last two playoffs. In 13 postseason
games in 2012, he led the team in scoring with 16 points per
contest, while averaging 5.2 assists and providing reliable
three-point shooting (41 percent) and free throw shooting (86
percent).
另外一個不能且不應該被忽略的面相是他在關鍵時刻挺身而出的強悍
素質與表現。他在過去兩年的季後賽都能夠為球隊挺身而出。在2012
年的季後賽，他十三場比賽當中平均拿到16分成為球隊的得分王，並
且在這個基礎上他還送出了5.2次的助攻，而且有著驚人的命中率：三
分命中率高達41%(一場投3.8個)，罰球命中率86%(一場罰3.4次)。
He also possesses the demeanor that most coaches admire in a
floor leader. He's calm, he sees the game at a slower speed
than most and he is not afraid to make a play for himself or a
teammate when the situation is necessitates someone doing so.
他還擁有大部分教練夢寐以求的場上指揮官所應擁有的風格與特色。他
在場上是如此的沉著冷靜、他能清楚觀察且預測場上的發展、而且他完
全不會怯場，只要當下的條件必須如此，他就能根據球隊的需求決定由
他自己解決，抑或交給隊友解決，抉擇非常明快。
Holiday is quiet by nature, and for him to take the next step
as the leader of the Sixers, he has to improve his on-court
communication. He never had the opportunity to learn from
former Sixer Andre Miller, but Miller was an excellent example
of a quiet individual serving as a strong leader -- someone
who ran the show at both ends of the court.
Jrue是個生性沉著平穩的球員，但是副作用是有時過度安靜。對他來說
，要真正成為一個球隊的領導者，他必須加強他在場上溝通的能力與意
識。當然他很可惜沒有機會跟偉大的Andre Miller同隊，但是對Jrue來
說，Andre就是一個很好的榜樣：他雖然也沉默少言，但是他知道如何以
領導者之姿在攻守兩端支撐且協調球隊往正確的方向走。如果Jrue希望
成為一個強而有力的領導者，這就是他的目標。
