補一下自己的心得。
笑聲真的很有用呢~遇到困難的時候，笑聲能很快打破自己的心理緊繃，
雖然情況可能還是一樣，但是自己的感受不同，於是想法也會開始往不同的方向。
之前遇到壓力很大的狀況時，嘗試從肚子「哈哈哈」的笑，當下就覺得輕盈許多，
腦子也好像開始有活水流入，慢慢出現一些新的想法。
