(這句可能比較不清楚，我想應該是說，在做出一個決定之前，
先深層的從當下的處境跟自己的態度來了解自己到底是在怎樣的狀況，
然後再選擇該怎麼行動是符合最高利益，而不是直接受到情緒等衝動驅使做出反應。)
