[問題] 哪裡有"酥脆"好吃的臭豆腐?已刪文
剛到台北謀生,偶而會懷念好吃的臭豆腐
好吃的定義:
外皮酥而不老,內部濕軟而不乾
最好是用兩鍋不同油溫分兩次炸的,而不是一鍋炸到老
(曾經吃過跟老闆說要皮要酥的,結果老闆多炸了幾分鐘,結果是硬了老了而不是酥了)
請各位不吝推薦..........
