[閒聊]服務業的道歉都很廉價
因為是服務業...所以要被要求客人永遠是對的
客人再怎麼盧...都要按照他的要求進行
明明就是買A的折扣卻要用B的折扣
跟他解釋立場真的無法幫他處理...
就說要客訴和上網開罵硬說服務態度很差...
我只好笑笑的說對不起...
唉唉....服務業的對不起真的很廉價...
明明我心裡就不是這麼想的說...
