Rent is $ 730 (excluded water, wifi, electricity, utility), private bedroom.
Shared bathroom with one guy who is living in living room and kitchen.
Another female roommate lives in another bedroom with private bathroom.
Washer and dryer in room. The guy will graduate in the end of this academic
year and move out. You have a possible option to continue living with the
female roommate for another new academic year.
