[情報] 一對親切的母女想要找房客
For rent is a bedroom with 0.5 private bath in a house. The room is 170 sqFt,
and the house is 1480 sqFt with lot of 0.28 acre. The rent is $500, utility
included but need to share internet.
The house is located at 15th NE and 135th St NE. One minute walk to bus stop.
Several Bus line to Northgate (5mins), U district (20~25 mins) and downtown
(30~35).
The tenant will share the public area (kitchen, dining area, living room and
laundry) with two female roommates, one is a professional and the other is a
UW student.
We are looking for a responsible, respectful, clean and quite roommate.
Female preferred. No pets no smoking please.
