We are looking for a female roommate to share our new 3bd townhouse.
The house was built in 2008. Everything is NEW.
It is 1 block to Burke-Gilman trail, 2 blocks to Gas Works Park,
2 blocks to bus #26 to downtown, 5 blocks to bus #30 and #31 to UW,
and 25 minutes walking to UW.
The room for rent will be on the first floor with full bath.
It can be either furnished or unfurnished.
There is also a slider door in the room facing the fully-fenced yard.
Living room, dining room, and kitchen with stainless appliance
are on the second floor. Laundry room, the other two bedrooms and
one bathroom are on the third floor.
If you have a car, there are plenty of street parking around the neighborhood.
There is one car garage attached to the house. If you really want a garage,
it is negotiable with additional charge.
The rent will include cable TV/internet/landline phone/Garbage.
Electricity/Gas/Water will be 1/3 of the total bill.
The house was built green and all the appliance is energy efficient.
The room is available May 1st.
