[出租] San Mateo 房間 sublease
大家好~
因為種種原因,需要sublease 2B1B 中的一間房間
目前室友為女生,所以優先考慮女生！室友有正職工作, 生活作息規律, 好相處
- 15 minutes walking to Burlingame Caltrain station.
- Share one parking spot, but there are plenty of vistor parking spaces
- 隨時可以入住, 租約到八月底, 是否續約可以再討論
- 有一張狀況良好的 queen size mattress + box + frame 可以留給你
- 水電和室友平分
- in unit washer and dryer
- 租金約為$1800, 可以negotiate, 我可以幫忙出一點, 希望能找到好女孩兒來承租
