另外有專屬停車場,包裹儲藏間(需密碼可以保護包裹安全),
步行三分鐘即有一個公車站,?51b, 52, 79, 88, F等公車方便直達學校或三番.紻上班
族或學生都十分方便!
另外屋內有專屬洗烘衣機,不須跟其他陌生人共用洗烘衣物!?(內建停車場,停車費需另付)
