約莫15分鐘車程、25分鐘腳踏車程至stanford

One Master BR in Menlo Park $1,450
Hi my potential housemates,
We are looking for you to fill rooms in a beautiful 3B/2.5B apartment (three
floors: garage, 1st and 2nd floors) in Menlo Park. Our housemates are moving
out, so we have one master room and another bedroom both in the second floor
for rent. Room is carpeted, bright, spacious, and unfurnished.
***I made this posting wordy on purpose. Information should be as clear as possible
to you.***
You will have to sign a year lease starting from July 1st 2017.
An application fee of $50 is required by the landlord.
About the master room:
Rent: $1,450 plus utilities
If you need a parking spot in the garage, an additional $100 per month is
required.
Security deposit is required: the same amount as rent
a private bathroom with shower
a private fireplace, even though California's winter isn't cold at all
walk-in closet
About this house:
Hardwood floor
Huge common space: living room and dining room
Fully equipped kitchen, including gas ranges, oven, microwave, refrigerator,
and dishwasher.
In-site washer and dryer
Landlord takes care of garbage
a small yard
a gated garage accommodating two cars (I occupied one spot)
less than 2 min walk distance to Chavez supermarket
~15 min drive (~25 min bike) from Stanford, of course, it depends.
Sorry No Pets and No Smoking No Drugs
We are a couple doing research at Stanford. We have been here for a year and
5 months. We know it's pretty hard to find a place in Bay area, especially for
researchers like us. We are lucky to stay the current spot because it's a real
good house with reasonable rent and close to Stanford. We're very easy going,
quiet, and very clean. We are responsible persons and pay respect to people.
