房間附傢俱，有床，桌子, 椅子
有專屬車庫, 社區有游泳池
室友是房東(男)和另外一名男性工程師

No overnight guest unless authorized by landlord
Monthly rent : 一個月以上每月750 三個月每月700 四個月及以上每月650
