[問題]員工認股這制度?
最近應試了幾間
發現員工認股入股這制度蠻吸引人
但是..是未公開發行的公司
說外派大陸後,(台員工沒有)享有員工入股,用薪水扣,當業績好時,享有分紅,猜是買
幾趴就享有幾趴分紅
(但這不是變相了...)因我聽朋友他外派不用先買股份就有分紅,另外公司說買的股份,
在員工離職後,公司原價買回,這種制度究竟好嗎,老闆說這樣年輕人就省下創業時間了
請問這種制度究竟是否是大方還是公司用某種虛構大餅來招人,因此公司外派後沒勞健保
...其他福利其實也一般般,我也遇過說三年後享認股,比照興櫃方式,公司未公開發行
,只比照公司核定價位..,有大大可中肯評論下嗎,該不該問更細呢
