去年三月十二進公司 ,應該於今年三月有特休
但公司告知滿一年的隔年才能使用特休
想請問這樣有沒有違反勞基法?如離職是否也會要折薪水給付?實在看不懂條文的意思算
不算違法…
另外請生理假被扣全勤的話是不是可以去申訴阿…
