[閒聊] 大家怎樣培養體力?
目前剛上班一個月半 工作內容是寫程式
吃完飯回到家差不多七點 洗個澡之後就只能點點電腦
遊戲甚麼的都不會太想碰...大概點到9點多就會開始有睡意
11點會直接斷電昏睡過去 隔天早上六點半會自動醒來
難以想像前輩們回家還要陪老婆散步跟小孩玩
不知道有沒有好的解決辦法呢?

我好像上班就會把精力條打光 所以晚上都很好睡..
還有幾次是一回到家就躺到早上...
