[請益] 勞健保跟勞退該怎麼分配?
最近應徵了一份工作,雇主開出關於勞健保的條件中
並沒有規定勞健保是保哪個等級的,以及勞退提撥多少等
只說一個月5000元讓我自己去做分配勞健保和勞退6%
第一次聽到這種條件,不知道有沒有陷阱呢?
請問如果勞健保+勞退6%
5000元該如何去做分配比較適當呢?
我完全沒有概念,麻煩提供一下經驗分享
