[想問] 大家心情不好時都如何排解呢?
大家好,
如同標題的發問,想請教大家情緒上來時都如何發洩呢?
我只要情緒不好,就很想到處找人訴說,並一股腦把情緒丟給對方
雖然知道一直把負面情緒散布給大家很不好
但每次都還是忍不住這樣做...
現在希望能改進自己的行為,至少第一時間能先自己消化大半情緒
所以上來問問大家都如何排解情緒呢?

當下應該是需要有人理解、附和我吧,但情緒過了之後反省會發現自己也不是完全正確..
這樣反而為難人家了...所以現在希望自己能先沉澱情緒讓自己冷靜
