't an easy one to answer. You always set the standards high for yourself, so d
oing the same for someone else doesn't seem like news to you. You may figure t
hat if you've set a bar that you yourself could deal with, then someone else s
hould be able to do the same. But you have to recognize that everybody is diff
erent and you can't apply the same standards you apply to yourself to someone
else. Keep your standards, but be compassionate.

似乎不如你的預期，你可能會認為，如果你設置了一個自己可以處理的門檻，那麼其他人
應該能夠做同樣的事情。但是你必須認識到，每個人都是不同的，你不能將你自己的標準
應用於別人。保持你的標準，但要有同情心。
啊哈，又被提醒了，或許我們真的對自己太嚴厲，所以當我們看到別人居然沒有付出相對
應的努力時，而我們卻要加倍努力補足他們不足的地方時…
老實說，我就是他X的心裡不平衡。
