[問題] 重量訓練的問題
大家好
小弟最近去健身房練重量訓練
也有和教練談到我想增強彈跳力
教練是請我去用一台訓練腿部的器材
就是坐上去後大腿放在踏板上
膝蓋離胸部很近
坐好後
兩腿一伸往前推, 然後在慢慢的縮回來
這個器材我做了幾組後
感覺大腿非常的酸
後來教練又教我關於這個器材的另一種訓練法
就是不要把整個腳掌放到踏板上
只要放腳指在稍微後面一點點, 有點像墊腳的樣子
然後把腿伸直後, 用腳掌前後前後的運動
幾組下來
小腿也是很酸
我想請問有重訓經驗的大大
這樣的練習方式能否增強彈跳力呢?
