[問題] 墊腳尖?
我切人其實算蠻慢的
而且切入後的步伐又太固定
常常過了一個人後
就死在補防的人
三打三就這樣了五打五更別提
最近我想要練一下腿力
所以都墊腳爬樓梯回家 我家13樓
前幾次在打的時候
突然墊著腳
然後感覺節奏不錯
切入感覺也變比較快
切入後步伐也有改變的餘力
但我想問
這是不正常的方式嗎
或者該怎樣訓練會更好
以日常方式訓練的話爬樓梯這樣夠嗎
