Q. Presumably you would have cared for it to be a little
bit quicker than that, the first match.
第一輪的比賽是不是不應該打這麼久
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Well, you can look from different perspectives.
I think it was maybe ?? positive side of it was maybe good that
I get some longer rallies and, you know, longer match on the
start of the tournament.
你可以從別的角度來看這件事情，正面的想也許在大賽中第一場打久一點
會是好事也說不定。
I knew that I would have to work for most of the points
throughout the match, because I was aware of the quality
of my opponent today. It was certainly not a great draw
for the first round, but I'm happy to get through.
當然我知道我應該要再把握一些分數，但今天我很清楚對手的實力
這樣的首輪對手不會算是好籤運，還好我通過考驗了。
Q. Did you feel that you were getting more into your timing
as the match went on?
比賽打得越久，你是否越來越能掌控節奏
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: I was really happy physically with the way
I was handling the things. And this is a big advantage,
you know, towards this big tournaments, Grand Slams.
今天體能的使用讓我很開心，我控制的不錯，這是一個很大的進步。
你知道在大賽中這很重要。
When you play best?of?five, it's really important to be
physically fit and convinced, you know, and confident
in yourself so you can rely on your strength throughout
the matches.
當你打五盤三勝的時候，打得舒服是很重要的，這是整場比賽信
心的關鍵
I think I was quite fresh, even though we played over
three hours.
雖然打了三小時多，但我神清氣爽！(但我想巴你頭XD)
Q. You're confident that as the rounds go on that perhaps
you won't have to go 3 hours 28 every round?
你有信心之後不會打這麼久嗎
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Well, you know, I hope. I hope I won't get
these matches this long and this late.
嗯，我希望不要拖這麼久
But, you know, the court is very unpredictable. Everybody
is playing very good tennis. Obviously, whoever plays in a
Grand Slam, he has a big quality on his side and he has
motivation.
但你也知道球場上很難預測，每個人都能打出好球，很明顯的不管是
誰在大滿貫裡面都會有他的實力和想贏球的動力。
Well, in most of the matches I get in, I get in having the
role of the favorite. This puts an extra pressure on me.
You know, on the other guys, they have nothing to lose,
so it's quite tricky.
在很多時候也許我是被看好的(抱歉這裏沒有喔XD)，那給我一些壓力
畢竟對方沒有輸球的壓力，所以就很弔詭了。
Q. What is the special part of Wimbledon for you?
溫布頓對你的特別意義是什麼
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Wimbledon? Well, on my opinion, this is the
most prestigious tournament there is, given the fact that
it's the oldest event, all this history and tradition going
on. It's really respectful from the tennis fans, and of course
players and coaches worldwide.
在我看來他是最有名聲的大賽，歷史悠久又很有傳統，全世界的球員
和教練和球迷都有所期望。
I always dreamed of winning this tournament. Hopefully one
day I will get this honor.
我一直以來都想贏，希望有天可以有此殊榮(那就不要再使出你的低級失誤XD)
Q. It's not often you see a player have to call the trainer
on a match point. What were you thinking?
應該很少碰到對手在賽末點叫出傷停吧？
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Well, you know, I wasn't trying to think if
he's gonna continue on or not. I was trying to focus myself
on that point. I knew he's a big fighter.
我沒有想太多他會不會棄賽，專注打自己的這一分，我知道他是個拚戰的選手。
Obviously, after having this little injury in the third set,
again, he continue on playing. You know, you're playing on
the Centre Court, a lot of people watching you. It was a long
match.
For him to retire on the match point would not be a great
thing to do, so I knew he's gonna continue. And then it was
quite tricky, but I think I've played aggressive, you know,
the next two points, which was good.
他第三盤就受傷，在中央球場打比賽大家都在看，他應該不會做出
賽末點棄賽的選擇，我也知道他會繼續。後來兩分我打得很積極，
真的很精采。
Q. Was it particularly slippery out there today?
對於滑倒影帝這個封號有無感想XD
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Yeah, it was. I mean, I don't know what's
the cause, but it was a little more slippery than I really
expected it.
對耶，我實在不知道原因是啥，但真的比我預期的還要更滑(德國
滑不夠就是了orz)
But, again, it's the same for both of us. So, you know,
it's the conditions. It's the new roof. There's a lot
of things involved.
不過這對雙方都很公平，就是環境因素，好像有新的屋頂一樣。
But it was fun playing on the Centre Court. I think it
looks very beautiful.
很開心可以在中央球場打球，好漂亮！
Q. A lot of people are talking about Andy Murray, Roger
Federer as the main title contenders. Are you happy?
很多人預測費德勒和莫瑞會奪冠，你會開心嗎(好直接XD)
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Very happy.
超爽的(哈哈哈哈哈哈)
Q. To be below the radar or hype in the building?
被當成無名小卒？
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Look, I've been playing really well in the
last two, three years. Obviously, people were talking
about me, having won a Grand Slam in Australia, put myself
in the position to be a candidate for a Grand Slam title in
basically each Grand Slam I have played.
其實過去兩年我打得不錯時，大家都會討論我會奪冠之類的
So right now, Andy Murray is in the spotlight, and he deserves
it. I mean, he was playing fantastic tennis in last seven,
eight months. And it's good. I mean, releases kind of a little
bit of pressure off me so I can play relaxed on the court.
今年莫瑞真的打得很棒，他不是也該得到這樣的預測嘛？如果這樣的預測
可以讓我少點壓力也算是讓我可以輕鬆打的原因吧。
Q. And we've spoken before about how you two developed
together coming up through the juniors. Is the ego kicking in
a bit now?
對不起我看不懂他想問啥.....
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: To be honest, I'm happy. You know, I'm happy
to see ?? for the sport, it's good to see, you know, some young
players coming up: him, Del Potro, Cilic. Hopefully these guys
are the future of the tennis.
說實話我很開心看到這些年輕選手成長(你是很老嗎XD)，希望他們未來
也會有美好前途。
Q. John McEnroe said today from what he saw he thought you
played too defensive. I wonder what you think about that claim?
麥克安諾看球時說認為你打得太保守，你認為呢？
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: Well, this is maybe a little problem that I had
lately. I've maybe played too defensive ? not just on grass
courts, grass court matches that I had this year, even in the
French Open. So I think it's a mental thing a little bit.
也許這就是為什麼今天苦戰的原因，但好像也不只在草地，法網也是。我
想是心傷吧(中肯至極！！)
But hopefully throughout the matches and this tournament
I can break through. You know, I was working a lot on my
volleys and my aggressivity in the game. But it's different
when you're playing it on the practice and when you're stepping
on the official match.
現在我希望可以破繭而出，我積極的在改善截擊和攻擊性，但比賽跟
練習畢竟不同。
So, yes, I would agree that I played a little bit defensive
and I should move on, because I think I have quite good
volley and, you know, good serve that I can use.
所以我還蠻認同打得太保守這點，因為我有截擊和好的發球可以使用。
Q. Obviously Roger Federer is one of the greatest players. As
an opponent, what is his greatest point as a player?
費德勒是個偉大的對手，身為對手你認為他最好的時候是？
NOVAK DJOKOVIC: It's hard to say. He's playing most of the
shots perfectly, you know. If you look at his game, it's an all?
around game, you know, that many people are saying that it's
one of the, you know, greatest of all times.
他一直都打得很好，所以很難回答，大家不是都叫這是「費神王朝」嘛(自己
亂翻)
I mean, as you could see after four or five years of dominance,
he's still there. You know, he's still motivated to play well,
to perform well, to win more Grand Slams. You got to give him
credit for that.
他稱霸了四五年至今仍然在那裡，還是有動力拿下大滿貫，你應該給他肯定
