[問題] 早上吃早餐前跑3000對身體真的好嗎?
在成功嶺16天每天早上跑3000時 我一直在想這個問題
理論上沒吃早餐血糖應該會很低 跑一跑搞不好會昏倒
所以跑步前要吃點東西?
可是吃完早餐之後跑步又會胃下垂
那跑3000要在早餐前還是早餐後呢?
