[問題] 關於腳傷跑3000公尺
各位大大好~小弟明天要上成功嶺了,小緊張
由於陳年腳傷的關係....
不太適合跑步、跳躍(跟骨後滑囊炎)
,並且有醫生診斷書證明
我的狀況有點麻煩,慢走沒問題,快走微緊繃但可忍受,
打籃球則會爆炸....
所以我也不知道3000能撐到什麼地步
請問
我要撐撐看還是乾脆不要跑?
(走的沒問題)
會不會有診斷書還是被電??
還是...就咬牙撐完18天??(上禮拜打了類固醇)
個人有田徑底子,其實還滿想跑的,但是又怕造成無可挽回的結果(鈣化)
其實如果可以商量,我是希望可以
跑1休3哈哈,當然只是幻想
(與腳傷為伍2年多的心得)
