讀書想睡覺麼辦
如題
有的時候去K館或圖書館念一整天的
我都是念一階段70分鐘的然後再休息一下下
可是偶爾在途中還是會想睡覺開始點頭
一開始都喝咖啡和茶
現在卻覺得越來越沒效了XDD
然後口香糖甚麼我也試過了QAQ
想問問大家都用什麼方式對付睡魔的
還是念到一半累的話就真的直接睡比較好?
平常也有運動的習慣啊QAQ
啊還有想問大家怎麼念物理的QAQ
每次段考都只有物理一直無法超越70分
雖然有補鎮麟可是感覺底子沒有打很好
有沒有推薦的物理複習講義之類的
