東吳同志合作社
成立於1996年，我們的宗旨是讓在社會中的少數族群——同志，有一個可以感情交流的處
所。再加上我們也希望加入社團的這些成員能夠在此認識朋友，互相學習。迫於社會的壓
力，許多的同志好友不敢公開的在抬面上活動，成立這個社團是要讓大家能夠多了解同志
這個族群，可以慢慢接受我們。每年我們社團會參加同志族群中的重要活動——GLAD（校
園同志甦醒日）以及「同志大遊行」，目的是為了讓大家能夠傾聽到同志的心聲，慢慢地
讓整個社會能夠正視到我們這些同志的存在。希望本社團之後還能持續地努力營運，直到
受各界的接受和尊重。
SCU Queer Commune
Founded in 1996, SCU Queer Commune aims to provide a place for those
homosexuals in our school, who are the social minority, to share their
feelings. We hope our members not only can meet friends here, but have the
opportunity to learn something from each others. In addition, owing to the
pressure from the society, many members who are still in the closet or not
prepared to come out might have difficulty facing public. Hence, the
foundation of the group, on one side, is to arouse the citizen awareness of
this community; on the other side, we hope anyone who has ever misunderstood
homosexuals can gradually accept such an ethnic minority by acquainting in
detail. Every year, we would regularly participate in two significant
activities－GLAD (Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders) and Taiwan Gay Pride
Parade－endeavoring to make everyone hear our voices and confront the
existence of queers by degrees. Hopefully, our commune can run continuously
in the future, until we receive the acknowledgement and respect from the
whole society.
