After trading Kyle Lowry, the Houston Rockets are searching for a starting
point guard. While they have offered restricted free agent Jeremy Lin a
four-year, $30 million offer sheet, Houston is also considering several other
options. The Rockets will meet with restricted free agent Aaron Brooks this
weekend, according to sources close to the situation. After signing Goran
Dragic and drafting Kendall Marshall, it’s unlikely the Phoenix Suns will
match a large offer sheet for Brooks.
