[外電] Better T-Mac Offers Than NYK?
Rockets Think They Have Better T-Mac Offers Than New York's

The Knicks and Rockets have the framework of a Tracy McGrady trade that would
also involve Jared Jeffries, Jordan Hill and either Al Harrington or Larry
Hughes.
However, sources with knowledge of the talks say the Rockets have received
multiple offers for McGrady that they have deemed better than the one from
New York.
A source said that Jeffries, who is owed $6.9 million next season with a $2
million trade kicker, is a sticking point for the Rockets.
Chad Ford of ESPN reports that the sticking point could be whether the Knicks
are willing to deal their 2012 first-round pick. If not, the Rockets might go
elsewhere for a better offer.
The trade discussions between the Rockets and Knicks are tightly
interconnected with the Bulls, who are simultaneously trying to acquire
McGrady or Harrington from the Knicks.
It was earlier reported that Hughes, and not Harrington, would be part of any
trade with the Rockets. Donnie Walsh may be holding out Harrington for a
trade with the Bulls and seeking Tyrus Thomas in return, in order to give the
Knicks a young, athletic forward to replace Hill if he is moved to Houston.
Harrington will give Chicago some of the scoring punch it needs this season
but the Bulls reportedly also want to get a future asset -- a young player or
pick -- in exchange for Thomas.
The first domino that needs to fall would appear to be the Rockets' decision
on a potential McGrady trade. As of Tuesday afternoon, the Knicks and Bulls
were both waiting to hear back from Houston.
