A day after the Rockets announced forward Luis Scola would miss tonight's
game against the Clippers because of the gash and swelling above his right
eye, Scola said he was not worried about being back in time to play the
Warriors on Thursday because he was trying to change the Rockets' position
about tonight.
在火箭宣布四克拉由於右眼掛彩而不會出戰快艇的一天後，
四克拉表示他不擔心會來不及參加大眾臉大戰六勇士的戲碼，

“I'm more interested about tomorrow,” Scola said Tuesday. “We'll see how

Scola was required to sit out Tuesday's practice, but he shot to get used to
the goggles he will wear for at least a week. That was enough for him to
begin lobbying trainer Keith Jones to allow him to play.

八爺表示:
「靠你知道我有多期待明天翻開報紙發現頭條新聞寫著:
'四克拉與訓練員關門鬥嘴'嗎。
我好想看到明天報紙內容是 '死鬥!混亂!四克!囧死!'」
Asked to handicap their fight, Battier said, “Never bet against a mad
Argentinean. There's no questioning his desire to play and be out here. He
looks at his eye as a minor flesh wound. Most other people will be out a few
weeks for that.”
被問到說他們要真幹起來會不會去亂入時，八爺回答:
「阿你是不知道千萬不能跟抓狂的阿根廷人作對膩>皿<

Scola no longer has to wear the eye patch he sported Sunday and Monday, but
he said that for a day his son Tiago, 3, called him a pirate and had
swordfights with him “like Peter Pan.”
目前四克拉已經沒有在戴眼罩了，
不過他說有一天他被3歲大的兒子胎溝(Tiago)當成虎克船長，
然後跟胎溝跟他來了場一騎討。
「就跟小飛俠一樣。」四克拉說。
Budinger hobbled
補丁狗
Guard Chase Budinger left Tuesday's practice with a sprained left ankle but
is expected to play tonight.
火箭後衛布丁狗禮拜二練習時因腳踝扭傷而退出，
不過今天預計可以上場。
Budinger missed one game this season when he sprained the ankle.
布丁狗先前就因為不小心變成補丁狗而缺陣一場。
Early road test
偉大航路的試煉
Coming off Sunday's win in Oklahoma City, the Rockets returned home for two
practices before playing three road games this week.
在禮拜天幹掉澳客拉河馬海賊團後，火箭海賊團回到家裡，
在出團踏上偉大航路之前進行了兩次球隊練習。
Starting with the game Sunday, they will play 10 of 14 games on the road,
making their ability to win away from home a key to their record two months
into the season.
從禮拜天開始算起，接下來要經過的14座島有10座島都會在別人家中開戰。
火箭球員要準備好吃踢館果實了，這段旅程是頭兩個月戰績的關鍵點。
“It's a big challenge,” center Chuck Hayes said. “We know what is the
situation at hand. It's still early, but if you want to separate yourself for
a playoff run and give yourself that cushion, you have to do that (win on the
road). It's a big challenge for us. We can do it. It's attainable.”
船長海爺表示:
「這可是偉大的航路耶，我們相當了解目前火箭海賊團遇到的狀況。
雖然旅程才剛剛開始，但如果想要成為西海實力前八的海賊團之一，
取得挖大秘寶的資格，我們就必須在各個小島取得勝利。
這對我們來說是一項大挑戰。我們可以做到的，這並非不能實現。」
