[心得] 關於ITBS
常看到跑友中ITBS在尋求治療的方向
有幾位板友看過這篇文章呢

可樂大是一名物理治療師,本身有運動,還有youtube頻道。
這篇文章就有提到itbs的問題,其實不見得在itb上。
我在其他運動傷害也體悟到這個道理。
像是肩膀緊繃,問題可能在於胸小肌。
像是梨狀肌疼痛,可能在於核心,我嚐試過一直去放鬆臀部,
可是疼痛並沒有減緩,反倒是看了一次物理治療師,
放鬆了核心部位的肌肉,一次治療就讓疼痛消失了。
拜託,請不要再放鬆itb了,問題很可能不在這。
請去尋求自費的物理治療師做徒手按摩,並做補強的肌肉訓練。
交給專業的才是上策。
