[問題] 上坡後會頭暈與呼吸不順
請教各位!平時練跑在河濱公園處,
10k大概都在五分半速左右的配速再跑,
由於某段路線需要上腳踏車牽引道至對面的河濱,大概上升高度為15公尺,每每上坡道後
就會頭暈與呼吸不順的情況產生,還真怕會暈過去!以至於上坡後的400~700m我必須用
走的恢復身體狀況,想請教這樣的情況該如何應對?或是在平常的訓練加強呢?
