[問題] 請教百K菜單
報了明年三月的南橫百K
我目前正在養傷中,復原狀況還不錯
預計十月可以開始訓練
傷前我的月跑量大約200~230K之間
全馬PB 3小時52
有連週馬的經驗
請問我如果打算從10月開始訓練
南橫百K求14HR內完賽即可
菜單該怎麼開呢?
網路上比較少見超馬的訓練菜單
