[問題] 如何練四分速
這三週跑了十幾趟河濱公園,
來回約15公里,
時間的話,花快75分,
這樣算下來均速是五分速。
但想練四分速,
需要進行什麼訓練才能從五分速進步到四分半~然後四分速呢?
是要練腿部重訓嗎?還是去跑山路或間歇?
有請版上高手及高高手指點~~
