[問題] 馬拉松中鹽巴攝取的問題
比起版上一堆神人常常連馬
小弟我本身是只跑過三次全馬
不過這三次都是海外馬
在國內目前最多只跑過半馬
我發現常常看到很多跑者希望國內的賽程希望能提供鹽巴
目前看到比較常見的說法是因為鹽巴可以增加運動時流失的鈉
以及預防抽筋等等
但是其實我在三次的海外馬似乎也沒有看過有提供鹽巴或是鹽片
也或許是我沒有注意到?
我比較想知道的是怎樣的因素會造成國內以及國外會有如此的差異
是因為台灣本身氣候的不穩定還是因為補給的種類上普遍不廣泛?
