[問題]新手請益10k菜單
踏入慢跑快3個月了,從一開始的跑不動到現在總算有點小進步,目標是希望能在50分
內跑完10k 。
現在1週約跑5天,一次5-6k,5k約24-25分跑完,想請教版友依目前狀況我該
如何練習?
另外,之前慢跑時有位阿伯看了我的身材直說太瘦,要我吃胖點多練些肌肉《小弟身高1
78 體重62》增加耐力= =,但小弟覺得目前狀況還可以,是否該聽阿伯的話呢? 先
