[討論] 1600公尺跑步無法達到標準
大叔今年有幸考上國家考試,10/11~10/13要體能測驗
之前也都有打球運動的習慣,但是不擅長跑步,自己用
NIKE app測量1600公尺要跑到9分多~離體測合格標準
8/14秒內差了很大一截,大叔只跑了7天,覺得很擔心~~
朋友說跑一個星期就會有進步了,但我現在還是這樣....
我在想是不是到400公尺的體育場跑比較準確?
我目前是在附近的小公園跑,跑之前都有拉筋熱身,
今天跑約350公尺時大腿很緊繃,咬牙硬撐,中途
也因太喘停了約4次(約3~4秒/次)
請各位強者手下留情,不要砲轟我,請各位高手能否指點建議
讓我能夠跑進標準內,跪求各位指點~~拜託
