[問題] 請教赤足跑的練法
各位好,想請教赤足練跑的比例.
我已經跑了五六年的路跑,希望明年看可不可以練到赤足馬均速完賽.
兩天前第一次開始赤足跑,環境是清晨的PU跑道,還不會很燙.
跑了40幾分鐘,近6公里.
可能腳皮比較厚,是沒有起水泡(所以才一次就6km),只是前腳掌的地方感覺辣辣的.
然後跑完後套上鞋子繼續其餘練習.
想請問各位練赤足跑的心得分享.
是從頭到尾都是赤足到底嗎?如果是的話,里程推進的比例又為何?
爬了前文看到些血淚史,有引為借鏡.
