[心得] 赤足請量力而為
昨晚心血來潮 在PU跑道操場
跑個6K赤足 平常大約一個月跑一次赤足 訓練量很少
均速5分半 最後一圈來個四分的飛快大衝刺
跑完之後就悲劇了
右前腳掌外側 腳皮翻開。。

不幸的大幸只傷到表皮無見血
應該要休個1-~2周
以後還是從薄底的鞋子來練會比較恰當。
就算是PU跑道 赤足還是挺危險的。
